Acceptable Use
Rules that keep Eurobase safe for users, providers, and the public internet.
Policy for account, workload, provider, and public internet safety.
Scope
These rules apply to accounts, projects, repositories, builds, deployments, functions, storage, logs, domains, support requests, and API usage.
Abuse
- No malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, botnets, command-and-control, DDoS, or unauthorized scanning.
- No illegal content, CSAM, sanctions evasion, terrorism support, or deliberate rights infringement.
- No hidden mining, resource exhaustion, quota bypass, account sharing to evade limits, or attacks on Eurobase systems.
- No deceptive collection of personal data, payment data, credentials, or authentication tokens.
Customer duties
Customers must secure accounts, keep repository access intentional, protect secrets, operate lawful workloads, and respond to abuse, security, or legal reports affecting their deployments.
Enforcement
Eurobase can throttle, block, suspend, delete, or preserve workloads for security, provider policy, legal duties, quota abuse, non-payment, or harm prevention. Emergency enforcement can happen before notice. Other enforcement includes notice and remediation when the risk allows it.
