Terms

Rules for using Eurobase to deploy and operate workloads.

Terms for accounts, projects, deploys, billing, cancellation, and service use.

Eurobase provides projects, deploys, containers, functions, storage, logs, GitHub-connected deployment, rollback, and usage visibility.

Users are responsible for account access, repository permissions, source code, environment variables, deployed content, application users, and workload compliance.

Customers keep ownership of their code and content. Eurobase receives only the rights needed to build, deploy, run, meter, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

  • No malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, botnets, DDoS, or unauthorized scanning.
  • No illegal content, CSAM, sanctions evasion, IP infringement, or abusive scraping.
  • No hidden mining, quota bypass, resource abuse, or attacks on Eurobase infrastructure.
  • Eurobase may suspend workloads for abuse, security, law, provider policy, quota, or non-payment.

Paid plans use Stripe for checkout and subscriptions. Prices exclude VAT; checkout adds VAT for the customer's location and shows the final price before payment. Period-end cancellation keeps paid limits until the paid period expires. A consumer may withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as the Billing terms describe. Billing questions go to billing@eurobase.dev.

Eurobase may apply resource limits, fair-use limits, rate limits, storage limits, log retention, and security gates. No SLA, backup guarantee, unlimited usage, or third-party availability promise applies unless a signed agreement says so.
