How to report illegal content, how authorities reach Eurobase, and how to contest a decision.

Contact points under the EU Digital Services Act and the regulation on terrorist content online.

Anyone can report content on Eurobase that they consider illegal (Digital Services Act, Article 16).

Name the law or right it breaks, if you know it.

The single point of contact for authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Digital Services Act, Article 11) is support@eurobase.dev. Send orders to act against illegal content and orders to provide information (Articles 9 and 10) to the same address.

Eurobase is operated by Giovanni Liber, Solec 24 lok. 199, 00-403 Warszawa, Poland. NIP: 7011185691.

The contact point for removal orders under Regulation (EU) 2021/784 (Article 15) is support@eurobase.dev. Eurobase removes or disables access to the content within one hour of receiving the order (Article 3(3)).

Customers and other users reach Eurobase at support@eurobase.dev (Digital Services Act, Article 12). A person reads and answers every message.

You can write to any contact point in Polish or English.

  • If the notice includes an email address, we confirm receipt by email.
  • A person checks the content against the law and the Acceptable Use rules. No automated tool decides.
  • If we restrict a project, its owner receives a statement of reasons with the facts, the legal or contractual ground, and how to contest it.
  • We email the sender of the notice our decision and how to contest it.
  • We report suspected crimes that threaten someone's life or safety to the police (Article 18), and child sexual abuse material to Dyżurnet.pl at NASK.

If we restricted your project, or decided on a notice you sent, write to support@eurobase.dev with the project name or notice reference and why you think the decision is wrong. A person reviews the request and answers by email. If the decision was wrong, we reverse it.

When we acted on an authority's order, you can challenge the order before the authority or court that issued it. You can also take any decision to a competent court.
