Billing

Billing, cancellation, invoice, and refund terms for paid Eurobase plans.

Prices exclude VAT. Checkout shows the final price with VAT before payment. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Eurobase is operated by Giovanni Liber, Solec 24 lok. 199, 00-403 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 7011185691, EU VAT PL7011185691, REGON 527526866. Paid plans use monthly subscription access through Stripe.

Plan prices are net and shown with "+ VAT". Checkout calculates VAT for the customer's location and shows the final tax-inclusive amount before payment. An EU business with a valid VAT ID is invoiced under the reverse charge. Checkout shows currency, billing period, included usage, overages when applicable, taxes, and invoice or receipt details before payment.

Eurobase is a Polish VAT-active sole proprietorship. Stripe provides checkout, payment receipts, hosted invoices, invoice PDFs, and Customer Portal billing history. Consumer purchases receive Stripe payment evidence electronically. B2C invoices for private individuals are not mandatory KSeF invoices, although Eurobase may issue them in KSeF where allowed. Business invoice requests must include the buyer's legal name, billing address, and VAT/NIP details; where KSeF is mandatory for that invoice, Eurobase issues the structured invoice through KSeF unless a statutory exclusion or 2026 transition rule applies.

A paid plan cancelled at period end keeps paid limits until the current paid period expires. After that date, the account moves to Free limits unless another paid subscription is active. Existing projects, files, functions, containers, and deployment history remain visible, but actions that create, redeploy, resize, upload, or keep paid-only capacity are blocked until usage and saved runtime tiers fit Free limits or another paid plan is active.

When a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and paid limits stay in place while the retries run. Update your card in Account settings → Manage subscription. If every retry fails, projects move to Free limits; no data is deleted.

Paid plans are monthly digital-service subscriptions. A consumer may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by writing to billing@eurobase.dev, for example: "I withdraw from my Eurobase paid subscription. Account email: [email]. Order date: [date]." Eurobase then refunds the payment in full and the paid plan ends immediately; the account moves to Free limits. Outside that period, cancellation takes effect at period end and does not refund the current period, and Eurobase issues no refunds except billing corrections. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
